Development economist specialized in emerging economics growth strategies and management. She has a vast experience in ideation, implementation and evaluation of projects which focus in reducing poverty, local development and gender politics for a sustainable development. She has worked both for Italian Foreign Affairs Ministry and German International Cooperation (GIZ) in Italy, Afghanistan, Etiopia, Georgia, Albania and Bosnia-Herzegovina. Currently she works for the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE).
